Get ready to jump-start your Fulton Schools experience — your E2 session is just around the corner. It’s going to be so much fun!

Before you show up to check in, make sure you’ve checked these items off your to-do list:

Check-in information 

When you check in, you will receive a name tag, your cabin assignment and a Fulton Schools water bottle and t-shirt that you can wear to show your Sun Devil pride all year long.

If you are in a Tempe campus major:

E2 Check-in
8–8:30 a.m.
College Avenue Commons (CAVC) third-floor atrium, Tempe campus [map]

Parking

Parents and families who wish to park their car for E2 check-in can use on-campus parking (for a fee) or metered parking on the street. The closest structure is the Fulton Center Parking Garage.

Overnight parking is not available to those without a campus parking pass, so please plan on being dropped off at the campus or taking public transportation. 

You are not allowed to drive to E2. Parking there is reserved for faculty, staff and volunteers only.

Returning to campus

On the last day of E2 you will leave Prescott around 11:30 a.m. and return to College Avenue Commons on the Tempe campus at approximately 1:30 p.m.

 

If you are in a Polytechnic campus major:

Transportation from the Polytechnic campus will be provided only for Sessions 6, 8, 9 and 10.

Overnight parking is not available for those without a campus parking pass, so please plan on being dropped off or taking public transportation.

Returning to campus

On the last day of E2, you will depart Prescott at approximately 11:30 a.m. and return to Century Hall on the Polytechnic campus at approximately 1:30 p.m.

#3: Sunday, July 29–Tuesday, July 31

#4: Tuesday, July 31–Thursday, August 2

#5: Thursday, August 2–Saturday, August 4

#6: Saturday, August 4–Monday, August 6

  • Encouraged for Polytechnic majors

#7: Monday, August 6–Wednesday, August 8

  • Encouraged for Engineering Futures

#8: Wednesday, August 8–Friday, August 10

  • Reserved for out-of-state students only
  • Encouraged for Engineering Futures and for out-of-state Polytechnic Barrett students

#9: Friday, August 10–Sunday, August 12

  • Reserved for out-of-state students only
  • Encouraged for out-of-state Army ROTC candidates

#10: Saturday, August 18–Sunday, August 19

  • Encouraged for out-of-state Army and Navy ROTC candidates and for out-of-state Tempe Barrett, the Honors College students
