Are you looking to travel, but can’t because of COVID-19? The SKY Campus Happiness Retreat is a way for you to learn how to take a journey within and discover the power of your breath and mindfulness during these times.

It is free and virtual for ASU students and faculty members! It is happening from Friday, February 26–Sunday, February 28, 2021 from 4:307:30 p.m. each day (if you choose to attend this workshop, you need to commit for all three days). Studies from Yale on this nationally acclaimed workshop have revealed that the meditation learned from this workshop can help relieve stress and anxiety. Meditation is one of the many tools students can use to take care of their mental health if it works for them, and if you are interested in learning more about meditation, we recommend that you check this workshop out! This workshop also teaches yoga exercises, confidence builders and ways to cultivate more positive belief systems.
