Welcome to the Fulton Schools! We have a host of events lined up to help orient you to your major, help you get involved in student orgs and find resources to help you be successful at ASU.

Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Assemblies

Start the school year with other Fulton Schools first-year students! At your School Assembly, you’ll meet new students, faculty and staff in your major. Get to know other first-year students who will be in your classes, learn about the exciting research opportunities in your major and make connections with the faculty and advisors in your school. Attendance at assemblies is required for all first-year students.

Students attending Polytechnic campus assemblies can take a bus to the Tempe campus for the Student Organization and Resource Fair as well as the Sun Devil Welcome event at 2:30 p.m. on Innovation Way North near Lantana Hall (LNTAHL). The bus will drop you off at Sun Devil Stadium. Buses will be available to take you back to the Polytechnic campus from Sun Devil Stadium between 9 p.m. and midnight.

Fulton Schools Student Organization and Resource Fair

Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering Student Organization and Resource Fair

Find ways to get involved on campus and resources to help you be successful. Meet members of the 50+ Fulton Schools student clubs and organizations and explore your interests. Representatives from the Fulton Schools Career Center, Fulton Schools Tutoring Center, Fulton Difference programs, and other on-campus resources will be available to answer questions and talk about their services. This fair is the single largest concentration of Fulton Schools student clubs and organizations in one place at one time, during the academic year. Don’t miss out!

This event is for all Fulton Schools first-year students. Residential students will swipe in as usual to access the event. Fulton Schools staff will sign in commuter students to enter the dining hall.

After dinner, you will walk to Sun Devil Stadium together with the Fulton Schools deans for Sun Devil Welcome with ASU President Michael Crow.

Celebrate Sun Devil pride at ASU Sun Devil Welcome

Experience Sun Devil spirit, pride and tradition at its finest during this high-energy event for all Arizona State University first-year students inside Sun Devil Stadium. President Crow, Sparky, ASU athletics, the band and more will introduce you to what it means to be a Sun Devil during this official welcome for the incoming Class of 2026.

A Fall 2022 class t-shirt is required for entry and serves as your ticket to the event. Pickup your exclusive first-year t-shirt at the Fulton Schools Student Organization and Resource Fair at Tooker House by 5 p.m.  Also, please note only clear bags and empty, clear plastic water bottles are permitted in Sun Devil Stadium.

Arrive by 7:15 p.m. for an interactive, and the traditional event begins at 8 p.m.
