GIT students win awards in state photography competition

Two graphic information technology students earned awards for their photography in the Printing Industries Association Arizona Print Excellence student competition. Congratulations to Kymber Miller and Sara Conklin, who were recognized for their work.  

Kymber is a current student in the Bachelor of Applied Science degree in graphic information technology. Her work placed as follows:

  • Silverton Trip of 2023 – gold in the college category.
  • Savory Sushi – bronze in the college class project category.

Sara is a spring 2024 graduate of the graphic information technology program. Her work placed as follows:

  • Ballerina – silver in the college category.
  • Olipop Product Photography (not pictured) – bronze in the college category.

These submissions won both Kymber and Sara scholarship money from the R.A.I.S.E Foundation.
