Graduates: Make sure you’re ready to celebrate with us! ASU and the Fulton Schools will use your asu.edu email address for all graduation and Convocation communications.

Next steps for fall 2024 graduates

Apply to graduate by Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, through My ASU. Learn more about the graduation application.

Get your graduation regalia at the ASU Online Grad Fair, Oct. 4–18

Graduating students will receive an email with the Grad Fair link on Friday, Oct. 4, 2024. The ASU Online Grad Fair is your one chance to receive exclusive discounts on graduation packages, including your cap, gown and tassel. Discounts are offered through Herff Jones.

Take grad photos

A big 2024 sign for photo opportunities will be available at Old Main on the Tempe campus from Thursday, Oct. 31, 2024, to Friday, Dec. 20, 2024. Another 2024 sign is available at Desert Financial Arena on the Tempe campus from Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, to Monday, Dec. 30, 2024.

An additional #ASUGrad sign is available for photo opportunities at Desert Financial Arena from Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, to Monday, Dec. 30, 2024.

Grads can also schedule a complimentary in-person photo session with GradImages! As a reminder, the photo session is complimentary. You may choose which photo(s) you wish to purchase after you receive your proofs. Please select from the following dates:

Celebrate with the Fulton Schools community at Convocation, Dec. 19

The Fulton Schools hosts two Convocation ceremonies, one for master’s degree and doctoral graduates and one for bachelor’s degree graduates. Invite your friends and family to attend as you are honored by the Fulton Schools and celebrated for your immense accomplishment! No tickets are required.

Graduates should register to participate in the relevant Convocation ceremony for their degree level. Registration opens in My ASU on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, and closes on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2024.
