Attend an upcoming Summer Research Initiative information session and apply by Feb. 4
The Fulton Schools offers opportunities for qualified students to gain engineering research experience and acquire an in-depth understanding of what it would be like to pursue a doctoral degree through an eight-week summer research program. Eligible U.S. citizens, permanent residents and ASU-sponsored F1/J1 visa students receive a $5,000 stipend and on-campus housing.
Students between their junior and senior years of their undergraduate degree and those currently pursuing master’s degrees who are considering pursuing a doctorate are given highest priority. Participants work under the mentorship of research faculty and have opportunities to network with industry partners, other faculty and their peers through a variety of events and activities. Tentative program dates for summer 2025 are Monday, May 26, 2025–Friday, July 18, 2025, and subject to change.
