International graduate students: Share your experiences in anonymous research survey by Dec. 12

An array of flags from many nations against a bright blue sky.

The School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence, or SCAI, invites international graduate students to participate in a research study exploring the experiences and academic plans of international engineering students.

This study is led by Travis Terpkosh, an academic advising coordinator for the Fulton Schools computer science and computer engineering doctoral programs and a doctoral student in the educational policy and evaluation program, where he works under the supervision of faculty advisor Lydia Ross, an assistant professor in the Mary Lou Fulton College for Teaching and Learning Innovation.

Survey details:

  • Eligibility: Non-U.S. citizens or permanent residents enrolled as graduate engineering students.
  • Time commitment: 10–15 minutes.
  • Completely anonymous: No identifying information will be collected. Your name, email or student status will never be linked to your responses.
  • Confidentiality: All responses are strictly confidential and will not be shared with advisors, faculty or staff.
  • Voluntary participation: You may skip any question or stop at any time without penalty.
  • Incentive: Four participants will be randomly selected to receive $25 Amazon gift cards.

Your privacy is the researchers’ top priority. Participation in this survey will not affect your student status in any way. Winners will be notified by email once the survey closes, but survey responses will remain completely anonymous.

Respond to the SCAI graduate student research study by Friday, Dec. 12, 2025.

Your input will help the Fulton Schools and Arizona State University better understand and support the unique experiences of international graduate students.
