The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Power and Energy Society, or IEEE PES, is now accepting applications for the 2026–27 IEEE PES Scholarship Plus.

Selected students receive:

• Up to $10,000 toward educational expenses.
• Networking opportunities with industry professionals.
• Direct connections to power and energy companies and internships.

Eligibility

• Full-time undergraduate student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Pursuing a degree in an IEEE designated field (including engineering, computer science, math, physical sciences and more).
• Attending an ABET/CEAB-accredited university or college in the U.S., Puerto Rico or Canada.
• Completion (or planned completion) of at least three courses related to power and energy.
• U.S. citizen, Canadian citizen or U.S. permanent resident.
