Explore postdoc opportunities at Stanford — apply for PRISM by Feb. 13
Apply now for Stanford’s Postdoctoral Recruitment Initiative in Sciences and Medicine, also known as PRISM!
All graduate students, and especially those interested in earning a postdoctoral opportunity at Stanford, are eligible to apply for this initiative. Through PRISM, students are invited to campus in order to explore the postdoc training environment, build bonds and network with faculty, and determine whether advanced training at Stanford would support their career goals.
#StanfordPRISM was created in 2017 to support underrepresented scholars searching for excellent mentorship and a quality postdoc opportunity. At Stanford, postdocs work alongside top scientists and simultaneously develop their professional skills, explore career options and prepare for independent careers. Stanford has one of the largest postdoc populations in the country and a strong commitment to making the postdoc experience the best it can possibly be.
Advanced graduate students from any field who expect to complete their doctoral degree by May 2024 and wish to continue their training and build community as a postdoctoral scholar are encouraged to apply. Students who are underrepresented in academia based on race, ethnicity, socioeconomic background, first-generation status, sexuality, gender identity or expression, or ability are especially encouraged to apply. Priority may go to U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
Eligible applicants are encouraged to contact the PRISM Team for guidance on preparing a successful application and connecting with potential mentors.
The PRISM cohort visit will take place Wednesday, May 10, 2023, through Saturday, May 13, 2023.
