We’re getting ready to recognize the achievements of all our graduates at the ASU Commencement and the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies. Graduates: Make sure you’re ready to celebrate with us!

ASU and the Fulton Schools will use your asu.edu email address for all graduation and Convocation communications.

First, apply to graduate by Oct. 2

If you are planning to graduate in Fall 2023, be sure to apply to graduate by Monday, Oct. 2, 2023! Learn how to apply to graduate.

Save the date to register for Convocation (opens Oct. 16)

Register for the Fulton Schools Convocation ceremonies by Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023. More information coming soon — registration opens Monday, Oct. 16, 2023.

Purchase your regalia, Oct. 6–20

Regalia consists of a cap, gown and any other special attire worn by a graduate. The ASU Grad Fair is your one chance to receive exclusive discounts on graduation packages including your cap, gown and tassel. After Grad Fair, graduation packages are full price online or in store.

On the first day of Grad Fair, graduating students receive an email with a unique link to access discounted graduation packages.

You can also purchase your graduation regalia online through Herff Jones until Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2023. Online purchases will be full price. Commemorative maroon and gold tassels and announcements are also available for purchase via the Herff Jones online store. Graduation announcements will be delivered to your home address two to three weeks after your order is placed.

You can purchase graduation regalia in person at all four Sun Devil Campus Stores until Sunday, Dec. 10, 2023. Check store hours.

Get your photo taken by GradImages, Nov. 1–7

Schedule your complimentary in-person photo session with GradImages! Bring your cap and gown or favorite outfit.

As a reminder, the photo session is complimentary, as you will choose which photo(s) you wish to purchase after you receive your proofs. Please select from the following dates:

In Fall 2023, the Fulton Schools will have two Convocation ceremonies, one for master’s degree and doctoral graduates and one for bachelor’s degree graduates.
