Learn the art of leadership through breathwork-based self discovery in three weekend retreats, Jan. 19–Feb. 11

Dare to unlock your highest potential through a breathwork-based self discovery program that helps you develop clarity, purpose and authenticity. TEM 494/598 The Art of Leadership applies leadership strategies to personal development and conscious leadership, within organizational and workplace contexts for technology entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. This class will meet in-person on the Tempe campus with the following mandatory Tempe-campus workshops (with short breaks and longer breaks for meals). Additional online lessons will be provided.

SKY Breath Meditation Workshop

SKY Breath Meditation has been shown in research to significantly reduce anxiety and depression, lower stress markers and increase well-being, focus, improve sleep, optimism and social connection. Participants report an increased ability to stay calm, confident and resilient amidst challenges, increased levels of social connection and feelings of inclusion.
