Show off your trivia skills at this year’s ASU Academic Bowl.
Held from Tuesday, March 25, 2025–Thursday, March 27, 2025, the Academic Bowl is a prestigious quiz bowl tournament pitting teams of students from each ASU college against each other for glory and scholarship money. The Fulton Schools is currently searching for interested participants, with no specific background necessary.

Fulton Schools and Yonsei University bring South Korean students to ASU for a two-week cross-cultural AI course
The Fulton Schools and a South Korea-based university recently wrapped up their 2024 artificial intelligence, or AI, and machine learning, or ML, short course. The course was attended by 20 graduate students from Yonsei University in South Korea.
See how Grand Challenges Scholars are solving global problems at these poster sessions
Attend one of four events to see how students would solve problems related to sustainability, health, security and joy of living. As part of their “Futuristic Solutions for the Grand Challenges” projects, students will present their solutions through models and posters.

The FURI Symposium is now the Fulton Forge Student Research Expo
The students you meet at the Fulton Forge Student Research Expo are the same as those who participated in the FURI Symposium in past semesters. They have conducted independent research under the guidance of a faculty mentor and present the findings of their work with the community at a semiannual poster session open to the public. These projects are inspired by real-world problems in need of innovative solutions.

Professors to provide insights into pursuing transdisciplinary research
For more than a decade and a half, Katina Michael and Roba Abbas have collaborated on research at the intersection of society, technology, ethics and regulation. Their experience over this time, and across a range of projects, will be the basis for a virtual seminar on Friday, July 1, 2022, “The Art of Transdisciplinary Research…
