Share your research with peers in an international environment while experiencing the academic culture at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology in Saudi Arabia. Selected finalists will be given a fully funded one-week trip to the university to present their poster.

The fully-funded trip includes:

  • Roundtrip airfare to the university.
  • Shared housing.
  • Three daily meals.
  • Airport pick-up and drop-off.
  • Ground transportation within Saudi Arabia and the university.
  • Cultural immersion activities.

The topic: How is AI being integrated into my research?

Participants will get to speak to current students and meet with leading researchers. You will also explore world-class core labs and research centers. You will also get to attend professional development events.

The competition will be held Jan. 13–19, 2024, at the university. Submit your application by the Dec. 7, 2023, deadline.
