Our waterways are full of small nautical vessels such as sailboats, fishing boats and personal watercraft. Unlike large vessels, which have well-established trajectory forecasting models, small vessels present a significant challenge for maritime waterway management, and they often traverse marine environments with limited traffic management capabilities.
