ASU Library is happy to announce their participation for the beta of the new Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, or IEEE, Xplore artificial intelligence, or AI, Research Suite. ASU Library is excited to have the Fulton Schools community test out the new features and provide feedback to enable optimization of the research experience for IEEE users.

Hear from leaders across the IEEE as they share how the IEEE can help you thrive as a student and young professional by helping you navigate career development, mentorship and the resources available.

Peer-led Undergraduate Learning, Support and Engagement, or PULSE, is holding a pair of meet and greet events to introduce students and faculty to their range of tutoring services. Whether you are a student or faculty member, this is your chance to connect with tutors, student leaders and staff who are here to support student and faculty success this semester.

Academic integrity is the cornerstone of everything the Fulton Schools does. As the 2024 spring semester kicks off, students are challenged to “Dare to Dream and Pledge to Uphold” the ASU student honor code.

One tip for dealing with a bad week is to be committed to learning from your mistakes. Once you see both your assignment successes, and failures, as opportunities to improve your personal learning system, it’s a game changer. At the end of each week, think about the study habits that worked well for you and those that didn’t.

Following instructions does not mean letting go of your creativity, but it does mean that every exam, assignment, or class/job project has a set of parameters or regulations that must be followed.

When you treat yourself and others as a professional, and you aim high with your expectations about completing your work with academic honesty, you feel better about yourself and provide an important contribution to the Fulton Schools learning community.

Don’t accept a job that you didn’t apply to, didn’t require an interview or barely asked you any questions, gave you one day to accept, wanted your banking account or personal information, or wanted to send you a check in advance so you can purchase equipment.

As final exams draw near, some students will study in advance, while others will procrastinate and wait till the very last minute to finish projects and cram for examinations. Are you one of those students making the difficult decision to choose studying over other distractions? If so, keep up the excellent work! If not, get your study habits corrected before it’s too late!
